Shipping policy

Delivery Locations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Shipping Method

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard delivery service. This service includes tracking, allowing you to monitor your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver your order within 2–3 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as adverse weather, peak seasonal demand or Royal Mail operational delays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Football Gifts Direct is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. We will always work with customers and Royal Mail to help resolve delivery issues.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
